Ohmistry and Smilance products include a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the verified purchase date:
- Warranty registration should be completed within 7 days of delivery or purchase.
- Covers manufacturing defects, battery charging malfunctions, and internal electrical failures under normal domestic usage.
- Excludes accidental drops, physical damage, unauthorized repairs, and normal wear and tear.
- Coverage is limited to repair, servicing, or replacement of the defective product unit.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
