  • Internal electrical malfunction
  • Functional defects under normal usage
  • Defective internal components

✖ Not Covered

  • Physical damage / accidental drops
  • Water damage (unless product is waterproof)
  • Improper handling or misuse
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Normal wear & tear
  • Lost accessories / attachments

Warranty claims may require invoice verification, warranty ID verification, and product inspection.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • All Ohmistry products come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original purchase date mentioned on your invoice/order receipt.
  • Warranty registration must be completed within 7 days of product delivery/purchase.
  • A valid invoice/order proof may be required for warranty verification.
  • Warranty claims may require product inspection before approval.
  • Warranty coverage is limited to repair, replacement, or servicing of the defective product only.
  • Ohmistry shall not be responsible for indirect damages, accidental misuse, third-party expenses, medical costs, or damages caused by improper handling.
  • Products showing physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, or misuse may be rejected.
